1. The fan is advanced in design, excellent in manufacture, reasonable in structure, stable in performance and reliable in operation. It is mainly used in the cement production line of 5000 t / a of building materials in our country, and can also be used in other situations similar to the working conditions.
 
2, form and structure characteristics
 
The drive mode of W6-29 and W6-39 high temperature fan is mainly F transmission. The fan can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise. Its structure is divided into single suction and double suction. The fan mainly consists of impeller, housing and inlet chamber, main shaft, bearing box, Differential guide vane regulating device, shaft end seal and heat dissipation wheel, lubricating oil system, etc. According to different requirements, it is equipped with slow rotating device, inlet and outlet expansion joint, hydraulic coupler, vibration monitor, overtemperature alarm control device and main motor.
 
1) Impeller the fan impeller is a "back bent vane" impeller, which is welded from the middle plate, conical front disc and blade of high strength heat-resistant alloy steel, as well as the anti-wear plate.

The dissected heat dissipation wheels are installed between the air chamber tooth bearing boxes to reduce the effect of radiant heat from the fan on the bearing.
 
7) Lubrication of fan bearings in lubricating oil system is provided with circulating oil lubricated by an independent thin oil station. In the event of accidental power outage and oil system pump failure, the oil ring of the bearing box can be lubricated with oil in a short period of time.
 
8) the slow rotating device of fan is mainly composed of electromagnetic clutch, planetary gear reducer, deceleration motor and internal meshing gear coupling. When the fan stops at high temperature, it will continue to drive the fan to rotate at the speed of 60 r / min.
 
9) the inlet and outlet expansion joint of the fan is a kind of composite expansion joint, the bellows of which are made of stainless steel heat resistant material, and can effectively absorb the thermal expansion deformation of the housing.
 
10) hydraulic coupling is not only an important equipment for transmitting power, but also can realize stepless speed regulation to change the characteristic curve of fan and the no-load start of motor.
 
11) the vibration monitor is equipped with vibration monitoring probes in the horizontal and vertical direction of the bearing seat of the fan respectively, so as to monitor the vibration of each bearing of the fan at any time, and can alarm and stop automatically.
 
12) over temperature alarm device and main motor when the temperature exceeds the limit of wind turbine design allows the use of the maximum temperature, temperature alarm control alarm signal and stop signal. High temperature fan motor is based on the parameters of the wind turbine under the minimum temperature and, because of this, the wind machine parameters change, must strictly check the motor power.
