The blower of G4-32-11 centrifugal boiler is used in 2t boiling boiler. The main combustion is coal gangue, stone coal, inferior bituminous coal, lignite, oil shale and so on. The medium temperature is 20 ℃. Medium specific gravity of 1.2 kg / m3. Can be made left and right two types, from one end of the motor squarely, the rotating impeller clockwise called right-hand fan. Anti-clockwise rotation called the left whirlwind machine. Can be made 0 or 180 degrees of installation angle.

Bracket group: welded by channel steel or cast iron bracket.

2.Install and Use

Before installation: all parts of the fan should be checked, whether the parts are complete, whether the rotating direction of the impeller and the housing is the same, whether the connection between the various parts is tight, whether the impeller, spindle, bearing and other main parts have any damage. Whether the transmission group is flexible or not.

Installation: pay attention to checking the housing, the shell should not fall into or leave behind tools or debris. In some joints to prevent rust, reduce the difficulty of disassembly. It should be coated with grease or lubricating oil. When the fan is connected to the ground joint surface and the inlet and outlet air pipe, it should be adjusted to match it naturally, no forced connection shall be allowed, and the weight of the pipe shall not be added to the parts of the fan. And pay attention to ensure the horizontal position of fan.

3.Installation requirements:

Install according to the position and size shown in the drawing, especially the axial and radial clearance dimensions of the inlet and impeller to ensure high efficiency.

After installation, dial the transmission set to check for overtightening or collision with the fixed parts.

3) after the installation is completed and the general inspection is up to standard, the fan can be operated in a trial operation.

Check the clearance size of each part of the fan, whether there is collision and friction between the rotating part and the fixed part.

(5) fan start to normal speed, in the process of operation should often check the temperature of the bearing is normal, when the bearing temperature has no special requirements, shall not exceed 40 C ambient temperature rise temperature; RMS velocity bearing part of the value of not more than 6.3mm/s. such as the discovery of fan vibration, impact, bearing temperature rise rapidly rising phenomenon, it must be an emergency stop.

4.Fan maintenance

Fan its system is not allowed to run with disease.

The fan shall be kept and used by a special person.

Regular removal of dust, dirt and other impurities inside the fan, and to prevent rust.

Fan maintenance must be carried out during shutdown.

Fans are not allowed to repair and test-run personnel and people with no movement around the yard.

No one is allowed to stand within ten meters of the blower's inlet and outlet direction when testing the fan.

After fan maintenance should count the tools and their use to prevent left in the fan and pipe interior.

The lubricant should be replaced every time, and the lubricant should be replaced in the normal condition.

5.Main faults and causes of Fan

1. The blower vibrates violently

Fan shaft and motor shaft are not concentric;

Friction between housing or inlet and impeller;

The stiffness of the foundation is not enough or firm;

Impeller rivet loosening or impeller deformation;

Impeller shaft disc hole and shaft fit loosening;

Housing, bearing seat and support, bearing seat and bearing cover and other connection bolts loose;

The blower enters, the outlet pipeline installs badly, produces the resonance;

Blade ash, dirt, blade wear, impeller deformation, shaft bending causes rotor imbalance.

2, bearing temperature rise is too high

Violent vibration of bearing box;

Poor quality of lubricants, deterioration or containing dust, sand, dirt and other impurities or filling insufficient;

the tightening force of the bearing box cover and the seat connecting bolt is too large or too small ;

Shaft and rolling bearing installed askew, the front and rear bearings are not concentric;

The rolling bearing is damaged or the shaft is bent.

3, motor current is too high or temperature rise is too high

When driving , the air outlet pipe gate is not closed ;

Motor input voltage or power supply single-phase power outage;

Affected by the violent vibration of the bearing box;

Spindle speed exceeds rated.
